A Electrónica (Eletrônica no Brasil) é um ramo da física onde se estudam os fenômenos das cargas elétricas elementares, as propriedades e comportamento, dos electrões (elétrons), fotões (fótons), partículas elementares e ondas eletromagnéticas.


A história da Electrónica


A evolução da eletrônica foi lenta no início, porém, com o passar do tempo acelerou. Nos séculos dezessete, dezoito e dezenove, foram informações dispersas, aleatórias.


Em 1835 Munk, ao gerar centelhas de alta tensão próximo de certos pós metálicos, observou que estes mudavam sua condutividade elétrica. Isto ficou registrado, mas não se encontrou uma utilidade prática para o fenômeno.

Na revista Brasileira “Saber Eletrônica”, edição n. 386 – Março/2005, na página 38 existe uma matéria de desenvolvimento chamada “DIVISORES DE FREQÜÊNCIA CMOS”. De acordo to o texto, se diz que na mesma revista edição n. 384 existe uma matéria sobre circuitos divisores de frequência TTL.
Eu possuo bastantes circuitos lógicos TTL que sei usar em montagens pois fez parte do meu curso em electrónica digital. Também possuo esquemas com o uso dos TTLs.
Gostaria de pedir se alguém pode digitalizar (scanner) essa matéria e enviar para mim.

Esposa, a racista australiana que mora aqui em baixo, hoje anda outra vez a meter-se conosco. Tentava subir na janela do quanto que eu dormo e batia na janela com um ramo de arvore. Depois atirou com uma coisa no carro da Emilia quando a Emilia estava a chegar, mais tarde andava a bater no teto para nos incomodar. É aquilo que eu te disse em cima, o australiano é super racista. Esta racista de baixo tem-se metido sistematicamente quase todos os dias conosco. É muito insuportável. O ponto é que o governo é a favor dela. Já se fez muita queixa dela no governo mas até à data nada aconteceu. O governo também é racista por isso eles não vão contra a própria raça deles.

There’s always a reason to see how arrogant the australians are. On my depart from brisbane international airport at the aircraft boarding, the little boarding pass was retained by the airport stuff. At my arrive in sydney the airport stuff also retained the other boarding pass. I asked for my boarding pass and the lady tear off this little section of the boarding pass. She call her boss but he was very arrogant and he told me “go”. I asked again for the boarding pass as it is my property and I need it for several reasons. One of the reasons is to send a copy of that to Lufthansa as I am a flight member of the Star Alliance (Miles and More), so I can claim my bonus. The stupid hass hole said to me “go, go, go”. I insist again and I asked him if he could give me at least a photocopy of the boarding pass. He said “we don’t give copies”, “go, go, go”.

Passou-se à minha frente:
Uma arquiteta brasileira que trabalha (ou pelo menos trabalhou) para a prefeitura de palmas, estado de tocantins, em 1999 ao analisar um projeto de construção de duas casas residenciais em um lote, saiu-se com o que é tipicamente brasileiro. O lote tem 517,5 m2 foi dividido para construir duas casas. Na divisão do terreno, a mais pequena parcela tinha que ter mais que 180 m2 e cada casa deveria ocupar não mais que 50% do terreno de cada divisão.
O projeto estava desenhado pela lei. A arquiteta não aprovou o projeto, alegando que o menor terreno tinha 15 x 15 metros e por isso estava a baixo dos 180 m2 permitido pela lei. Segundo, a casa “A” a construir no terreno de 15 x 15 m tinha 105 m2 e por isso estava errado porque ultrapassava mais de 50% da área do terreno. A casa “B” que tinha 145 m2 e ficava no restante do terreno com 295,5 m2 também estava errado porque ultrapassava mais de 50% do terreno. Depois do desenhador explicar por mais de meia hora que as contas da arquiteta estavam errada, finalmente ela chegou à conclusão que assim era e passou. Para maior ignorância ele debateu-se com outro erro. O total das doas casas somados ultrapassava mais de 50% a área do terreno total. Novamente lhe provamos que ela estava errada. Mas para surpresa ainda havia outro problema que reprovava o projeto. Faltava o valor de uma cotação que cotava a largura de um hall interno. Só rindo mesmo, essa cotação estava lá marcada ela é que não soube interpretar porque a cotação não era um ângulo reto o que lhe deu muita confusão de identificação. (Ela tem olhos quadrados). Oh não mais uma coisa errada o afastamento da casa teria que ser mais de 2,5 m do chanfer. Reprovado outra vez o projeto. Não é que estava lá a dita cotação com 2,5 m de afastamento só que também esta cotado em outro ângulo e não o ângulo reto.
Conselho: contratem angolanos, Portugueses ou outro povo de língua e expressão Portuguesa para fazer o vosso serviço.

On the 21st September 2004 at 06:30 I went the Wollongong hospital to the casualties.
About 07:15 I was attended apparently by a nurse. She told me that it would take many hours to be seen by a doctor as the day doctor were about to arrive at the hospital and there was a lot of patients that arrived during the night piling up to be seen by a doctor.
I left the third would country hospital.

Balgownie big brother battle

When the Leader arrived to interview Tony Stoddart last week he was eagerly recording another alleged faulty fine issued to a speeding motorist in Balgownie Road.
Mr Stoddard, to put it mildly, is on a mission.
“this is just amazing, we discover new cases just about every day,” Mr Stoddard said.
Nabbed twice since December 2003 for speeding by the Balgownie Road camera, Mr Stoddart is compiling a case against the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) on the grounds that the camera is faulty and has unclear signage.
The case is the first of its kind in NSW after the Victorian Government was ordered to return $6 million in fines to motorists because of a faulty camera in 2003.
Mr Stoddart claims to have recorded hundreds of falsely issued infringements notices and is preparing a class action on behalf of motorists who he alleges have been wrongly fined while on Balgownie Road.
He says he has reports of stationary vehicles being issued with infringement notices from the camera, which is located within a school zone.
“A camera with a dubious constancy of operation in an area of poor signage and location and strategically placed on a key artillery road with a 50 kilometre per hour limit is catching not the real road offenders but certainly catching the many dollars from a predominantly local law abiding community,” Mr Stoddart said.
The RTA has denied the speed camera is defective with a spokesman saying speed cameras are regularly checked for faults.
Figures obtained by the media under the freedom of information act have revealed the camera has issued 8171 infringements while it has been operational between June 2003 and July 2004.
Almost $643,000 in revenue has been generated by the camera according to the figures.
Mr Stoddart said the figures reinforced his claims that the camera needed to be looked at and was faulty.
The 53-year-old Balgownie businessman has formed Case Against Speed Camera Injustice (CASCI) to fight for the many people he says have been unjustly fined and are considering court action.
“We are looking for people to come forward who believe they have been incorrectly fined for speeding along Balgownie Road,” he said.
People who believe they have been wrongly fined for been wrongly fined for speeding along the road can send an email to immune@bigpond.net.au or PO Box 238 Fairy Meadow 2519. The group hopes to build a data base and eventually a class action against the RTA.
“We are also looking for volunteers who can help record grievances and advise people,” he said.
In addition CASCI has established a “fighting fund” to help offset costs. Further inquiries can be made on 4285-3333 or 4228-5971.

Stupid Legal Aid Solicitor

In June 2004 I received a speed camera fine. The fine was related to a month early. The speed for a fine was 53 Km. I don’t work and I get Centrelink New Start Allowances. I couldn’t pay the fine in full. I don’t make any silly things on a road. I can’t afford my livings expenses nor even for traffic fines. At that time I had another fine for parking. That was to much for me to pay at once. I decided to check with Legal Aid. So, I had an interview with a female solicitor. I tried to explain that I couldn’t afford to pay the fines at once. I said that I’m a negligent driver and I drive very carefully. This lady keeps talking up in front of my conversation. I don’t have the opportunity to explain myself well. She told me that she once drove her car thought a speed camera at 54 Km and got a fine. She said “I realised how stupid and negligent I am driving at such speed. I could have killed a child.” Well, she tried to convince me that I’m stupid and negligent driver. I don’t fill I am a stupid and negligent driver. She is. And she also is a double stupid for saying that to me. And she’s also an unprofessional solicitor.
Regarding the speed of a fine, I don’t believe I drove my car at that speed as I always at road limit speeds. That radar is faulty as a petition is going on for that reason.

On Balgownie Road, heading towards Princes Highway. Driving on speed limit 40km.
The speed camera flashed straight into my face blinding my vision.
Several people had signed petitions around the petrol stations. We do believe that since this camera was installed it has been faulty. Causing thousand of people being
Robed by RTA. And also causing anguish and trauma for drivers.

The speed limit at this location is 50 km. At school times the speed limit is 40 km. Many people have been fined at this radar. Some have been fined 4, 6 even 10 times. A lady that works crossing school kid to/from school have been fined when her car here stoped closed by the radar camera. Residents and passed by cars have seen the radar camera flashing. Authorities say that no such things could happen. But people have signed that it does happen. A petition has been held and people want to have the fines to be legitimate paid back and that the radar been checked and that the speed limit be 60 Km as usual. Residents and people that use this road are very upset.
